Alyssa Goldberg is a global entrepreneur, yoga teacher, musician and coach who has traveled the world empowering and inspiring all walks of life. Originally from Los Angeles, she left her career as a screenwriter to focus on her own spiritual journey, one that re-directed her life into the wellness space. Upon landing in Bali, she rose as the youngest female teacher at the world-renowned Yoga Barn studio where she continues to lead trainings and workshops. An Aquarius with a strong drive to serve the world and a Mental Projector with natural leadership capabilities, she began offering sold out masterclasses and retreats across Europe and the USA within six months of becoming a certified teacher.

What set Alyssa apart immediately was the unique pairing of her background in the arts with modern mindfulness techniques. Her classes bridge the space of body, mind, heart and spirit through not only the wisdom of yoga and meditation, but also through the power of language and sound, thoughtfully woven together. This paired with her unique space holding capability lends to her ability to truly see individuals and adapt each practice to help others reconnect with their power, presence, and purpose. 

Empowered with Alyssa is more than an offering… it’s a movement. Alyssa realized this unique offering deserved a stage greater than just studio classes which is when she began to introduce the work in private groups, businesses, and one to one with clients. The work is accessible to all ages and all backgrounds and has left lasting impact on those who have experienced it. Alyssa has just launched an initiative to bring these classes into schools, so that children may develop tools for self-awareness, authenticity and confident self-expression at younger ages. 

With a presence that is both grounded and uplifting, Alyssa leads with humility, clarity, and a deep belief in our capacity to heal and thrive— especially in community. Through her own journey of overcoming insecurities including lack of self-worth and an inability to find her authentic voice after years of societal conditioning, Alyssa learned firsthand that all we need to lead our most inspiring and joyful lives already resides within, waiting to be awakened. Now nomadic between the US, Europe and Asia, she is dedicated to expanding the reach of these life changing tools so that more beings may tap into their greatest potential.
